Then copy paste the mods to your Xcom 2 folder. From Program Files>steam>steamapps>workshop>content>find the right folder for Xcom 2 (it'll be random numbers)>find the mods from that folder. I suppose you could mooch off the wifi of your local public library, but I'd imagine the download speeds would be pretty shit.Įdit: One thing you could try that I did, (didn't work) is moving the mods from your workshop folder directly to the Xcom2 folder. Clicked on downloads in Steam and it said something like "Missing Download Files, Update Required." Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if my problem sounds similar to yours, reinstalling should fix it. Because of this issue mods I needed to play LWOTC wouldn't show up in the launcher, no matter what I tried before the reinstall. Unfortunately the only thing that worked was reinstalling the game, verifying the files didn't work. Had a similar problem a few days ago (on a desktop, Windows).
